Feature — Disposition
One branded address buyers can bookmark
Your buyer list should not have to wait for your next email. Foundry gives your organization a branded public storefront that lists everything you are currently moving — assignments, seller-finance terms, and notes — with buyer capture built in.
- Branded storefront on your own organization address
- Wholesale, seller-finance-terms, and note-for-sale listings
- Generated social share previews for every listing
- Search-visibility control per storefront
- Buyer inquiries and list signups flow into your buyer database
- Optional reveal step for sensitive details
What it is
Disposition is a marketing problem with a data problem underneath it. The flyer has to say what the deal is, and the numbers on it have to be the numbers in your underwriting. Foundry builds each listing from the deal record, so the page cannot drift from the analysis behind it.
Because the storefront is public and branded, it also does the job a personal brand normally requires a separate website for — with the discovery settings under your control rather than a plugin's.
Who it's for
Wholesalers
Send one link. Every live assignment is on it, with the buyer profile that fits each.
Note sellers
Market performing paper with terms, balance, and yield presented cleanly.
Seller-finance operators
Advertise the terms, not just the price, and attract the buyer who wants them.
How it works
- Step 1
Configure the storefront
Set your slug, branding, and search visibility once.
- Step 2
Publish a listing
Choose the listing type; the page is built from the deal's own numbers and photos.
- Step 3
Share it
Post the link. Social previews render with a generated image and your branding.
- Step 4
Work the inquiries
Buyer interest and list signups land in your buyer database and notify you.
Frequently asked questions
What is the storefront?
A branded public page at your own Foundry address that lists the deals you are currently marketing. It carries your name and branding, generates a social preview image, and gives buyers one link to check instead of waiting for your next blast.
What can I list?
Wholesale assignments, properties offered on seller-finance terms, and notes for sale. Each listing type shows the numbers that buyer actually cares about.
Can I control what search engines see?
Yes. Search visibility is a setting. A listing can be publicly reachable by link while staying out of search results, or fully discoverable — your call, per storefront.
How do I capture buyers?
Listings collect buyer inquiries and buyer-list signups into your buyer database, and notify you when someone raises a hand. Sensitive details can sit behind a reveal step rather than sitting in public.
Do buyers need an account?
No. A listing is a public web page. Buyers view it, run the numbers, and contact you without signing up for anything.
